Along the Delhi–Meerut Highway, where trucks rumbled past and travelers stopped for a break, there was a small stall called "Parmi Paan Wale."
Nothing fancy — just a man, a recipe, and a drink that made people stop and ask for another glass.
That man was Late Shri Parmatma Sharan Jain, and his secret was a masala blend he had crafted entirely on his own.
Mixed with the sharp, tangy juice of Jambiri lemons, it created something simple yet unforgettable — a taste that felt like it had always belonged to that road, that heat, and that dust. That was 1957. The place was Modinagar.
Word spread the way good things always do — slowly at first, then all at once. What began as a refreshment for tired travelers quietly became a tradition.
Years passed, and the legacy found new hands. Satish Kumar Jain carried the recipe forward — not by changing it, but by believing in it. He gave it room to grow. The original taste stayed exactly as it was. Only the reach changed.
